### Can’t we use the monday.com Pipedrive integration?

monday.com’s Pipedrive integration is a set of automation recipes for ongoing updates. It is useful while both tools run, but it does not move your history, notes, files or emails.

### Who needs to run the export in Pipedrive?

A global admin, because exporting by data type needs global admin permission and other users export only what they can see. Export files stay available for 28 days.

### Do our emails come over?

Yes. Pipedrive’s export does not include them, so we read them from its API and add them as updates on the matching deal or contact.

### How much does it cost?

It depends on your record, activity and email counts, files and automations. The assessment is free and ends with a fixed quote.
