Not with a standard WorkForm: every submission creates a new item. Enterprise accounts can turn on Edit Form Responses, which allows up to 10 edits per submission. A WorkForm can show a follow-up question based on a single-select, multi-select or true/false answer, and monday.com lists no plan restriction for it. Rules combine with OR only, so showing a question only when two answers both match needs a workaround. No. A WorkForm writes each submission to one board. Yes, when automations run on them. Every action an automation performs counts toward the monthly quota (Standard 250, Pro 25,000, Enterprise 250,000), and notifying board subscribers uses one action per person notified.
