When to Stay on Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is part of a wider suite, and that can be the deciding factor. Think twice if:

  • You run several Zoho apps together, such as Books, Desk and Campaigns, and depend on how they share data.
  • Your sales process is enforced by blueprints with many stages and checks. Automations can rebuild it, but plan the redesign.
  • Email history inside the CRM is essential. Zoho’s backup does not include email content, so it needs a separate plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does monday.com have a Zoho CRM importer?

We found none in monday.com’s help center. The Excel import takes up to 8,000 rows (first 50 columns) into a new board, 10,000 rows into an existing board, and cannot set links between boards, so we load Zoho data through the monday.com API.

Who needs to request the Zoho CRM backup?

A user with an administrator profile. The download link stays active for 7 days, so we agree the date with you in advance.

Do our emails come over?

Not through the backup, which leaves out email content and attachments. If you need them, we check during the assessment what can be exported from your mail setup.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your modules, record counts, attachments and rules. The assessment is free and ends with a fixed quote.
