In-depth reviews of one tool each: what it does well, where it falls short, what it costs and which teams it suits. Read a review when a tool is already on your shortlist and you want to know whether it fits your team before you commit to it.

For project management, the reviews cover Airtable, Asana, Basecamp, ClickUp, Jira, monday.com, Notion, Teamwork, Trello and Wrike. Start with the monday.com review or the ClickUp review, and use the Project Management Software hub to set the tools side by side, with head-to-head comparisons and alternatives for each.

For CRM, the Twenty CRM review looks at the open-source CRM’s features and its limitations, for teams thinking of leaving Salesforce or another hosted CRM.

If two tools are left on your list, the head-to-head comparisons set them against each other feature by feature, and the Alternatives category lists what else to consider for each tool reviewed here. Every review has its own sections on pricing, on pros and cons, and on which teams the tool is right for.
