monday.com Form Custom Branding Without Pro Plan

A small wooden rhino paints a paper form card in custom colors with a small brush, little paint pots around it.

On the monday.com Standard plan, WorkForms show the monday WorkForms branding and you can’t hide it. Hiding it takes Pro ($19/seat/month vs. $12 on Standard (USD), 3-seat minimum, 18% discount for annual billing, per monday.com pricing page). Even on Pro, customization is limited — you can hide the monday.com branding, but you can’t inject custom CSS or use your own domain.

BoardBridge — Form & Workflow Automation for monday.com puts your logo and brand colors on its forms, with no monday.com branding, on any monday.com plan. Book a free demo to see how it works.

monday.com gates hiding its branding on forms behind the Pro plan. According to official documentation (monday.com Help Center):

Feature Free/Standard Pro Enterprise
Hide monday.com branding No Yes Yes
Add your logo No plan limit stated No plan limit stated No plan limit stated
Custom CSS No No No
Custom domain No No No

For a complete breakdown of what form features each plan includes, see our plan comparison guide.

On Standard, every WorkForm shows:

  • The monday WorkForms branding, which only Pro and Enterprise can hide
  • A monday.com address in the form’s URL

For client-facing forms and external portals, this looks out of place. Clients expect to see your company branding, not a third-party platform they’ve never heard of.

Pro plan ($19/seat/month (USD), 3-seat minimum, billed annually with 18% discount, per monday.com pricing page) lets you:

  • Hide the monday WorkForms branding
  • Upload your company logo and set colors (the design article gives these no plan restriction, so they are not Pro-only)

Even on Pro or Enterprise, you cannot:

  • Inject custom CSS (for full visual control)
  • Use your own domain (e.g., forms.yourcompany.com)

The design options cover a font, full-page or card format, alignment, background image, text direction, header alignment, logo size and a progress bar (monday.com Help Center). Beyond those, the underlying form structure and spacing are set by monday.com’s design.

Stop Creating Duplicates

BoardBridge forms update existing items — no Enterprise plan, no workarounds, no duplicates.

BoardBridge forms have no monday.com branding — regardless of your monday.com plan (Standard, Pro, or Enterprise). Respondents see your logo and brand colors, not monday.com’s logo or interface.

  • Your logo on the form
  • Your brand colors
  • Zero monday.com references — no monday.com logo or branding on the form
  • 4 layouts — wizard, single page, tabs and accordion

BoardBridge works through monday.com’s API, so its calls count toward your account’s daily API call limit: 200 a day on Free, 1,000 on Basic and Standard, 10,000 on Pro and 25,000 on Enterprise (monday.com developer docs).

Take a company that sends forms to 200+ vendors per year to collect contact info, certifications, and equipment lists. On monday.com Standard, every form shows the monday WorkForms branding, and vendors may wonder why a project management tool is collecting their details.

With BoardBridge, the form carries the company’s logo and brand blue instead, with no third-party references.

Take a law firm that collects client intake forms for 50+ new cases per month. It’s on monday.com Pro ($19/seat/month (USD) billed annually; 6 users need the 10-seat bucket, $2,280/year).

With monday.com WorkForms on Pro:

  • Logo uploaded (firm’s logo)
  • Primary color set (corporate dark blue)
  • monday WorkForms branding hidden
  • URL: a monday.com forms address

With BoardBridge:

  • Logo: firm’s logo
  • Brand color: corporate dark blue
  • No monday.com branding on the form
  • The form can update the client’s existing item through a unique URL per item

On Pro, branding alone is close. The bigger difference is that BoardBridge forms can update existing items rather than only create new ones. For other monday.com Enterprise form features you can get without Enterprise, see our guide to Enterprise form features for free.

Fillout (free up to 1,000 responses a month) removes its branding and adds custom CSS on its Pro plan ($40/month (USD) billed annually), with a custom domain on Business ($75/month (USD) billed annually) (Fillout). Its pricing page lists adding a logo and custom themes from Starter. Forms live on Fillout’s platform, and data syncs to monday.com via API after submission.

JotForm removes its branding on paid plans (Bronze plan starts at $34/month (USD) when billed annually, per Capterra); custom domains are on its Enterprise plan (Jotform). JotForm’s Advanced Designer lets you upload a logo, apply a color theme and add custom CSS, in Classic forms (Jotform). Forms live on JotForm’s platform.

BoardBridge puts your logo and brand colors on its forms with no monday.com branding on any monday.com plan, and its forms can update existing monday.com items. For a detailed comparison, see our guide to monday.com form alternatives.

3 questions

Can I use my own domain (e.g., forms.mycompany.com)?

Not with BoardBridge: custom domain URLs aren’t part of its feature list, and monday.com WorkForms don’t offer one on any plan. If a custom domain is a hard requirement, Fillout offers one on its Business plan and JotForm on Enterprise; those forms live on their platform and sync to monday.com via API.

Can I inject custom CSS for pixel-perfect branding?

Not in monday.com WorkForms on any plan: the design options cover a font, color theme, format, alignment, background image and logo. BoardBridge covers your logo and brand colors; custom CSS isn’t part of its feature list. For full design control, Fillout offers custom CSS on its Pro plan.

Can I add a footer (privacy policy link, company address, etc.)?

Not as a footer. In a WorkForm, add a content block (rich text between questions) near the end with your privacy note or company address; monday.com’s own example is a data privacy paragraph before a consent checkbox.

If you need Pro for reasons beyond form branding (advanced dashboards, integrations, higher automation quota, timeline features), upgrading makes sense.

But don’t upgrade to Pro just to remove monday.com branding from forms if:

  • You only need your logo and colors (the design article gives these no plan restriction)
  • You want a background image, a redirect URL or a custom after-submission message (WorkForms already has them: design options, settings)
  • You also need features monday.com doesn’t offer (updating existing items, AND/OR conditional logic, multi-page forms on Standard)

BoardBridge removes the monday.com branding without a Pro upgrade, and adds features WorkForms doesn’t have: unlimited re-submissions to the same item and dual-board mapping (a primary board plus one secondary board).

If you’re on monday.com Standard and frustrated by the monday WorkForms branding on your client-facing forms — or you’re on Pro and want forms that update existing items — BoardBridge offers zero monday.com branding with your logo and brand colors on any plan.
